Although Topline Crop Protection started with a new name in 2022, the owners Brad and Jen Reichman have been in the business for over 20 years. With their children involved in the business and a knowledgeable and connected staff, Topline is quickly becoming a market-changing distributor. We are not bound by loyalty programs or corporate contracts, which allows them to negotiate low prices from manufacturers and pass on savings to their retail customers.

Owner and CEO brad@toplinecrop.com Brad is no stranger to the agricultural chemical industry. After building and selling a highly successful business, he reentered the market in 2022 with a renewed focus. Since then, TopLine has grown into a leading distribution company, saving retail customers thousands of dollars each year. Brad is deeply passionate about expanding his family-owned business into a premier wholesale supplier of post-patent crop protection products.
CFO Matthew@toplinecrop.com Matthew grew up immersed in the family business, gaining hands-on experience in everything from warehouse operations to the accounting department. A proud Purdue graduate, he brings a fresh perspective along with strong leadership and financial oversight, guiding the continued growth and stability of TopLine.
Koy Allen
Jordan Tomlinson
Controller Koy@toplinecrop.com Koy is a recent graduate of Illinois State University and has been actively involved in the Reichman family business for several years, both full-time and part-time. He now oversees all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions while also managing purchasing, as well as all inbound and outbound logistics.
VP Business Development Jordan@toplinecrop.com Jordan joined TopLine in 2024 after successfully leading the crop protection division of a Top 10 CropLife 100 retailer. He is focused on driving growth through new customer acquisition, strategic partnerships, and innovative solutions.

Sales Director Austin@toplinecrop.com Austin has been with TopLine since its founding, leading nationwide sales efforts. He works directly with ag retailers to deliver high-quality post-patent crop protection products at the most competitive market prices.
